We live remotely in New Zealand, and Ryan was instrumental in dealing with a few dramas that cropped up before we were able to go to market, and keeping communication lines going with our tenant, and the body corporate. It was great to have someone we trusted on the ground in Perth going to bat for us and putting out the fires. Ryan went above and beyond for us. He didn't over-promise, and provided us with his recommendations without us feeling like he was trying to force us to do anything we didn't want to do. I needed to sell my house in Alkimos and saw Xceed Restate on FB. So decided to give it a go. Tom was the selling agent and I couldn’t praise him anymore. I had tenants in the place that had not left it clean so it delayed the photo shoot. Not a problem at all, nothing was ever a problem. The house was a shared house with myself and my late husbands estate. I was worry about this being part of a deceased estate but not a problem at all. The house went on the market on the Friday and was sold the following Thursday. Wow 7 days at the price I wanted. All up with settlement it took 45 days Selling my Joondalup unit in about a month and no hesitation at all in getting Tom as the selling agent again. In fact he already booked in And the fees were really good too Thanks Tom it’s been a pleasure
