Responding to my messages in a very timely manner and calling me regularly with updates on the progress of the sale. I have ended up with a beautiful home which I believe I paid a very reasonable price for. When it is time to sell down the track, I will certainly look at selling through Joe as we had such a great purchasing experience through him!
