Within hours of the property hitting the market, he had multiple private inspections organised, followed by several written offers the very next morning. We put an offer in on a place without seeing the property, our offer was higher than all other offers and he asked us to come and see the place before the offer was presented, he met us at the property at 8.15 pm on a Saturday night for an inspection and we signed up on the spot.
