The only way I can describe Adam´s service and commitment is amazing. From the moment we contacted him (on New Years day) to the date of settlement and beyond his service and commitment have been nothing short of amazing. Nothing is too much trouble and he assisted us greatly as buyers from overseas and therefore required an agent to go the extra mile. This he did always with a no issues attitude. We have bought and sold many times in our lives and have yet to come across an agent as committed and dedicated to serving as Adam.

You had detailed ‘Comparable Market Analysis’ reports of my property showing homes similar to mine which are/were on the market and those which you had sold. A report on recorded homes sold in my area in the past months and years. A report comprising information directly from our property to see what other homes on our street and around the area been appraised by you and other agents. You had been extremely helpful, very polite and guided me in the right directions. The only one negative outline was that my property was sold for much less than I would like.
