When searching for a rental property that would allow a large dog i ran into quite a few hurdles. However, Cherish, Ashley and Tim gave me confidence and encouragement. They found the perfect property for me, and my dog, Doc, and made the whole process very easy. Initially I had planned to privately rent our property, however after Tim contacting me (with no pressure what so ever) we had a discussion about our needs as landlords, Tim listened thoroughly and together we worked to establish a great outcome for all parties. I find Tim incredibly easy to communicate with and he is incredibly motivated to work in the best interest of the landlord, thoroughly understanding throughout.
