Tim and Cherish and the team at one Agency are great! We felt looked after and understood from the beginning. Tim is a professional, knowledgeable and flexible. He ensured the whole process of renting our home was smooth and stress free, got us a tenant within a week and managed to secure a 12 month lease fully furnished, fantastic. Just what we wanted. We can’t recommend Tim and the team at one Agency enough!! Great stuff guys - Merry Xmas.

After making one phone call and speaking with Tim Castro I knew we had made the correct decision to change our property management from another Port Macquarie agency. Tim and Cherish have been an absolute pleasure to deal with from day one and they have found us great tenants for our two rental properties. One Agency Port Macquarie / Wauchope are the ultimate professionals and I would highly recommend them for all your Property needs.

Tim and the team at One Agency came recommended by a friend within the local real estate industry. From our initial enquiry through to securing suitable tenants for our rental property, Tim and his team have been friendly, down-to-earth and more than obliging making our first investment property experience seamless and providing peace of mind. One Agency managed to turnaround a signed tenancy agreement with suitable applicants within one week of listing our property! We highly recommend contacting Tim from One Agency for anyone contemplating listing their property on the rental market!

When searching for a rental property that would allow a large dog i ran into quite a few hurdles. However, Cherish, Ashley and Tim gave me confidence and encouragement. They found the perfect property for me, and my dog, Doc, and made the whole process very easy. They communicated with me and kept me up to date with potential properties. i could not recommend Cherish and the team at One Agency Port Macquarie Wauchope any more highly. They are quite a team and great people to deal with.

Initially I had planned to privately rent our property, however after Tim contacting me (with no pressure what so ever) we had a discussion about our needs as landlords, Tim listened thoroughly and together we worked to establish a great outcome for all parties. I find Tim incredibly easy to communicate with and he is incredibly motivated to work in the best interest of the landlord, thoroughly understanding throughout. Happy to say just over a week on the market and our property has been leased, with what was presented to us as a quality application. (which is what I asked to be presented with from the get go). Very pleased with the level of service I have received from Tim and will have no hesitation is recommending him to my family and friends. Thank you for making the transition to becoming a landlord a breeze!

Wonderful experience, not to be discriminated against as just another renter. The upmost respect whether your purchasing a place or renting. Being on both sides of the fence for 40 years, very very professional.
