Ben was very professional and efficient. I was in Canberra at the time. Ben was able to put himself in my shoes. I did not get to see my house in person until well after settlement. It was all that Ben promised it would be. He mowed the lawns & gave the house one last clean before he handed over the keys. The conveyancing/lawyers he recommended where the best I have ever had to deal with. This being my 3rd property. I have dealt with 7 real-estate agent in my live time & Ben is by far the best.
