Tino was great. Communication was good and after our tenant leaving with just a weeks notice, we had someone new in, in less than 2 weeks. Very happy.

Nice people, some problems

We had some issues in the beginning of our tenancy as we had time sensitive questions that were not answered, leading to us missing out on the entry condition report, which was important to us. However, they have since reached out and we really appreciate that. The people at AUMR are really nice and they seem to have just been going through some staff changes or something that made things confusing for us.
