Excellent collaborative and friendly service
Brown was my Property Manager for the entire time I was a tenant with AUMR and consistently and cheerfully engaged with me whenever I raised something with her. She has a very personable and pragmatic approach and went what I consider to be ‘above and beyond’ when I experienced a couple of situations. I would wholeheartedly recommend her for her collaborative and professional, whilst remaining friendly, approach in all my dealings with her. She was unobtrusive yet efficient, and I felt I could approach her and she would hear me out and offer the best advice possible. A delight to work with!

Really Helped us out

AUMR Property Group Brisbane
AUMR has had the management of my two properties in Brisbane for some time now. They have always been super professional, efficient and friendly in their dealings. They are very thorough in the tenant application process and communicate any tenant issues quickly and professionally. Linda, the Senior Property Manager, in particular has been outstanding. She is very quick to respond and genuinely has the best interests at heart for the landlord. Absolutely would recommend AUMR to Brisbane landlords.

Since my property handed over to AUMR, Chris Luo as Business Development Manager worked hard and kept all communications with me through the transition easily. Chris assisted me with renting out and achieved the premier price more than I was expecting and had a number of quality applicaitons. Linda, the Property Manager is professional and full knowledge to handle over issues arose from previous tenants. Very happy with AUMR team, strongly recommended!

Inspection and communication
