At this point in time I can only comment on the process of obtaining new tenants not the ongoing property management of the tenancy arrangements. We found Chris to be knowledgeable, thorough, approachable and very competent in all our dealings. She is also a nice person. Documentation was of a professional standard.

The move hasn’t been seamless at all. In my 7 years of renting this has been by far the most work for a move I’ve done. The owner hasn’t split the address I.e. unit 1 and 2 so the energy companies, internet and everything in between, doesn’t know where we are. So it makes things very difficult to get settled in. When I asked for assistance in regards to the electricity, Linda was of no help what so ever and disregarded me. The only positive is that the owner is slowly making some must needed changes, eg. Letterboxes installed and small maintenance issues. Can’t say I’ve had the greatest experience since I’ve started renting
