David is a good communicator with the vendor and the prospective purchasers and this lead to a very smooth, transparent and successful result for us at the auction. His experience in the market shone through as we discussed the description of the property and its differentiating features for the marketing program. David and his team from Raine and Horne were very effective and efficient .He takes responsibility himself and the selling process flows very well with no bumps. David was conscious of the need for transparency in the lead up to the auction day and he was realistic in establishing the price guidance and setting expectations. I would have no hesitation in asking David to be our selling agent again in the future.
