Very impressed with the high standard of professional service provided by Raine and Horne Neutral Bay in assisting me buy a property. Special thanks must go to Stewart Robertson and Alexis Hay for all their assistance and continued support. David was extremely professional throughout the Process of selling our Family Home Unit. He provided us with lots of market information and communicated with us all the time before and during the sale. He knew the market and the building we were selling in very well. He was not pushy and we felt very comfortable throughout the duration of the sale. He sold our Home Unit in a very difficult market over and above market expectations.

We sold our apartment by auction in Neutral Bay last week through David Buttel of Raine & Horne. We were very pleased with the way David managed the whole process with several home opens and the recommendation of an excellent auctioneer. Thank you to all concerned, especially Vince Parisi who had managed the property for several years prior to sale.
