We recently sold our property in Mosman. Stewart and his team represented us. The overall experience could not of been better. Stewart was open, very professional, very knowledgeable and completely on top of all aspects of preparing and selling our property. We could not of been happier with everything. We ended up signing an unconditional contract within 9 days of the property going on the market. If you are considering selling your property i highly recommend you consider Stewart and team.

David helped me secure new unit and it was such an easy experience that we knew we wanted him to help sell my existing unit. David helped me through the entire process and managed every element to get the property ready for the market. He just makes things so seamless and easy. His honesty and openness make me feel confident and reassured at every stage. He provided regular and valuable feedback throughout the sale. Despite a challenging market we sold the property within our timeframe.

From the first conversation I had with David I felt as though my property was in safe hands. There was no hard sell, only someone who exudes market knowledge through his years of experience at R&H which gives the confidence you need in an estate agent when selling something so important as your home. David has a wonderful personality, takes on feedback yet isn't afraid to voice his opinion where required. We had a successful outcome with our property selling pre-auction and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to any prospective seller.

From the point we made the offer, David followed up diligently and professionally. I have had dealings with many agents over the past 3 months and nobody reacted and followed up as quickly as David, Total professional.
