Excellent planning to ensure plenty of time to prepare the property for presentation before Christmas, and to mount the marketing campaign - inspection twice a week - Wednesdays and Saturdays - in January and early February. By February, 10 contracts had been given out and this delivered the bevy of really serious bidders for an exciting, well conducted, serious auction ending with two bidders out bidding each other to deliver a brilliant result for the owners. The excellent and friendly organization behind the project was due to David Buttel. Given the owners resided in the Southern Highlands of NSW, David kept us informed at every step both on the phone and by email - a prompt email report after each inspection plus any queries were quickly and efficiently dealt with. This gave the owners total confidence in David and allowed us to remain in the Southern Highlands for the auction itself. We are sure David also managed the attendees at the inspections in his friendly and efficient way which ensured such a successful auction
