Stewart made the sale of my mother's unit easy. He had people on call to do the painting, carpet and handyman work which he organized for us. His stylists made the unit change from ordinary to extraordinary! It looked wonderful and made it easy for potential buyers to imagine the space. The unit was only opened once on a Saturday, he showed an interested party for a private viewing on the Monday, and we exchanged on the Tuesday!

David accomplished outstanding work on selling my apartment, I am so grateful. I definitely made the right decision going with him. I can’t believe the result from where we came from at the beginning of the campaign (which closed before auction thanks to David’s negotiating skills). A record sale in my block despite a terrible result for another unit only a few months before - they should’ve chosen David as their agent!
