All the advice we received from David was spot on and all communications were timely and professional. It was a pleasure working with David, particularly as he was able to accommodate the constraints of the vendor living with a disability.

David Buttel did a great job selling our unit in Fairlight. After our initial meeting we were happy to give David the job and he didn't muck around. Withing a week he had his people clean, paint and style our place and it never looked better. His campaign was meticulous and he kept us informed the whole time. The best part was the way he respectfully kept us realistic about the market. We achieved a result that was above our expectations and we would have no hesitation of recommending David in the future.
