We were selling a family-owned unit which had been managed by Raine and Horne, Neutral Bay. We'd been extremely happy with the management by the same agent, Vince Parisi for about thirty years! But it was time to sell, although we were reluctant, as the unit was going to require some repairs to external windows and balcony. Although it looked like a difficulty, David Buttel was honest and upfront with all the prospective buyers, and gave us good, realistic feedback through the whole process.
