I have sold multiple times and purchased through Hamish and would do so again. He is very professional, has a very good knowledge of what the market is doing both at point of time, and aware of possible future trends. He is excellent at communicating with you as the vendor, letting you know what genuine interest there has been in the property and how he thinks the campaign is going. This time was a unique selling experience as we had 4 separate vendors on the one property which meant that Hamish had to communicate the same message at the same time to all four vendors. This he did very well - hats off to you. As I said I would seek Hamish's assistance for future sales and purchases when in the lower North Shore area.

I was impressed by his knowledge, realistic assessment of the market and effective liaison with buyers as demonstrated by the very successful auction result. Stewart was outstanding throughout the whole sales process. He gave us great advise and was extremely experienced and knowledgeable on all aspects the whole way through. He was always available to discuss any concerns and nothing was a trouble. We bought our un renovated apartment from Stewart 6 years ago, we renovated and he has now sold it way above our expectations, however he had kept our expectations realistic and didn't over promise, which is very important. We will definitely being using Stewarts impeccable real estate service again and would highly recommend him to anyone who wants a very experienced, professional, calm and honest local real estate agent.
