As a purchaser, not knowing the actual "status" of other potential buyers is a frustration when you're trying to pitch a reasonable price to secure a property pre-auction. We probably paid more than the actual value of the property but were determined to acquire it. A lucky vendor!

I have bought from and sold many properties with David Buttel and Raine and Horne Neutral Bay over more than 20 years and the agency also looks after my rental properties. Appoint David as your sales agent and you won't suddenly find yourself dealing instead with a junior person as happens elsewhere, rather you will have David's full and undivided personal attention at all times. He will help you prepare the property to present it in its best light, recommending excellent stylist assistance when necessary and personally meeting with the stylist onsite, offering his own opinions. He runs the inspections himself and gets there early to make sure everything is pristine, especially if the property is untenanted at the time. We would have no hesitation in recommending David Buttel to sell an apartment or home. In the first instance, while buying our apartment he was friendly, not pushing but honest in carrying out negotiations.
