I was very unexpectedly put in a position where I needed to vacate my place and find a new apartment in the middle of pandemic/lock down/isolation times. My realtor, Annie Bullen, was absolutely amazing through the whole experience. Extremely apologetic about the fact I had to move and then went over and above to help me view and get into a place as soon as possible. And to make it even better, the new place is bigger and nicer and I'm extremely happy with it which is an even better result than I possibly hoped for. I always felt very informed and assisted in every way and my overall experience is extremely positive despite the circumstances.
