Daniel and Marjorie have gone above and beyond in expectation a delivered a fantastic result in leasing and managing my property. I would like to highlight Daniel’s impeccable communication skills and thoughtfulness as he delivers on what he says with a clear sense of care for what he does. On one special occasion, he even helped to buy and pass chocolates to someone who helped me to move furniture to my property which was a really nice gesture. I highly recommend and will continue to praise Aurora because of Daniel!

I resent being asked to rate every business I ever deal with. I have better things to do with my time. I used to fill in surveys but b otbtired of doing them all the time so now just delete the emails. I'm only completing this to stop you pestering me. I commend Atlas on receiving feedback well and working on improving based on feedback. I had issues with their responsiveness and updates on matters relating to my property. As I am located overseas, prompt feedback and updates is important. It made me feel at one stage that billing was a priority and everything else was secondary. I had given this feedback and over the last yr since my feedback, it has definitely improved. recently i had a new tenancy renewal and I was impressed with the level of detail and attention given on the exit inspection. I am super appreciative of Atlas for working on improving their service levels. The proactive nature to get the best for both tenants and landlords in a fair manner is noticeable.
