Great team at Aurora
Living overseas while maintaining a property in Sydney requires careful coordination . The team at Aurora , especially Daniel and Sylvia are very professional , knowledgeable and keeps me informed of all requirements including repairs, regular updates , market intel , and importantly peace of mind knowing the property is being well managed .

Our experience with Osi was excellent.
We were letting a unit that we have owned for many years. Following the display of the unit, Osi described the features of the applicant families succinctly and suggested an order of preference which we agreed to. The first applicant rapidly accepted the unit and paid a deposit within hours.

I find that Lee and her team manage the property well. They are on top of rent reviews and inspections and deals with any issues straight away. Always keeps me infpormed of any situations with thne property or with the mkarket.

Since recently moving into our rental property, communicating with Michael You, our first point of call at Aurora Property, has been an informative and pleasant experience. Michael addresses all our concerns with professional advice and promptly provides the means to resolve any issue. I also receive regular rental receipts and any updates from Ann Tang in the account team.

Excellent service, monthly rent payment and statements delivered on time
They have an accurate and up to date knowledge of the market rental. Just last year, they coordinate a major renovation of our unit to our satisfaction. Always able to rent out the property in reasonable time when previous tenant vacate. Their service is much appreciated, thank you.
