Lee Gooley and the team at Aurora property have been great with all the usual property management handled with no fuss (bills, strata notices and tasks, renter feedback ect.) and any issues that have come up managed effectively by the team (challenges have included fixes through new build warranty, tree removal, blind installation and more). Overall very happy with the service with a great mix of initiative to handle anything that has come up balanced by regular communication and escalation when required. Would reccomend.
