Excellent service, Good product knowledge, Polite, efficient, kept us updated progress of sale
James has a very good marketing strategy. He put the house on various media outlets and web sites with excellent photo's and insight to its location and facilities near by. It went on the market on the Wednesday and we had an open house the next Saturday. We had a large group of prospective buyers go through the house. 8 contracts were taken. Several buyers put in offers. We had a biding war. The was sold with in 12 hours for an excellent price. Quite a bit more than we though we would get for it. We found him to be very trust worthy, honest, polite, efficient, and up front with how the sale was progressing. we give him a 5 star rating as an excellent sales person, and would recommend him to any future person wishing to sell a house. He went out of his way to help us achieve our goal.

Very efficient, polite, excellent marketing knowledge, on the ball
When we sold our in Killarney Vale (through James Robert Realty) we got an excellent price for it and sold it on the fist open day (with in 12 hours) He found our new property the next week. Just what we were looking for and at the right price. We put in an offer straight away and it was accepted. By purchasing this property it achieve our goal to be debt free. The Broadlands Estate has so much going for it, it is an excellent place for people to retire there, For example it has 2 swimming pools, games area with 2 billiard tables, 2 table tennis tables, dart boards, men's shed etc. We give him a 5 star rating for being an excellent agent. He was very helpful, trust worthy, honest, kept us informed on what was happening with the sale. We are very happy with James performance. Very happy with where we are now living and would recommend hin to any one looking to buy or sell a property.

Wonderful experience
Over the years I have bought and sold many properties NSW qld vic but mostly oncentral coast N S W I have dealt with many great agents but I must say James Roberts was the BEST He listed my home for an excellent price and sold within two weeks. Settled in three weeks James handled the sale with such ease and professionalism. Against. All Odds As a large red skip bin was. Placed in front of my house full of house rubbish only removed the day before settlement To all the critics who said I wouldnt get the price james proved them all wrong
