Phoning Nic Hunter after seeing a signboard in the area of interest to me, that stated "Under Contract", I phoned Nick to express my interest should the contract not complete. The sale was completed and I missed out. Nick in a very professional manner stated the property in the area is very tightly held and very sort after. Nic then drove me around and showed me all potential properties meeting my priorities and knowing so much about the locality, current owners and the sales history of the local area, in fact full knowledge and he educated me with information in regard to building codes, density, height, setbacks, flood level and recomended good local businesses to deal with. All Nic's assistance has been very helpful to me in purchasing what I was looking for and moving forward efficiently. Nic is definitely one of the best, straight shooter, business persons that I have dealt with and I would most definately recommend Nic to any person wishing to either buy or sell in the area of his expertise.
