Although Nic was working on behalf of the vendor he was very easy to deal with and seemed genuinely interested in matching us with a property that suited our needs. Nic is genuine and "up-front", without the "spin" often associated with the real estate industry.

Julie has helped us with both buying and selling properties in Noosa. She has been a pleasure to work with and we regard her as a real friend. We wouldn't go to any other real estate agent.

Julie is not just an agent. She is a very friendly, personable, trustworthy and knowledgeable professional who assisted us greatly in making an important decision. Julie's negotiation skills are exemplary having that rare ability to look after the best interests of both parties.

Julie Bengtsson was a pleasure to deal with. She is a total professional in all aspects while still remaining warm and charming throughout the process of purchasing an investment property in Noosa Heads. Julie was prompt to answer any queries and was very knowledgeable.

I have been involved in property for over 20 years and have run a development company for over 15 years in Australia and New Zealand so I have dealt with hundreds of agents in this time. I interviewed several agents when I chose to sell my own home and I settled on Nic. I was a tough client after being hardened by mediocrity I'd dealt with in agents over the last 15 years but Nic was excellent in every regard. He is reliable, honest and hardworking and will give you an accurate appraisal on what your property is worth. Other agents might try to inflate your price to grab a listing, but this will only end up in your property not selling. I have been involved in the purchase and sale of literally 100's of properties and I can honestly say Nic is one of the best agents I have ever seen. Regards Tim McGary

Tracey was very personable with a high level of market knowledge. We were kept well informed at all times with elements of the negotiations only proceeding due to her diligence. We have no hesitation in recommending Tracey.

Nick has extensive market knowledge and was therefore able to tell us; market conditions, similar properties and the market and home in on a specific buyer profile for our property. Matched open houses to suit potential buyer attendance very well

Phoning Nic Hunter after seeing a signboard in the area of interest to me, that stated "Under Contract", I phoned Nick to express my interest should the contract not complete. The sale was completed and I missed out. Nick in a very professional manner stated the property in the area is very tightly held and very sort after. Nic then drove me around and showed me all potential properties meeting my priorities and knowing so much about the locality, current owners and the sales history of the local area, in fact full knowledge and he educated me with information in regard to building codes, density, height, setbacks, flood level and recomended good local businesses to deal with. All Nic's assistance has been very helpful to me in purchasing what I was looking for and moving forward efficiently. Nic is definitely one of the best, straight shooter, business persons that I have dealt with and I would most definately recommend Nic to any person wishing to either buy or sell in the area of his expertise. Julie was a pleasure to deal with throughout our selling process, she was able to negotiate a sale for us at a price that exceeded the amount we had indicated as acceptable. And when she presented the final signed contract to us with this higher price her pokerface or maybe it was more of a "500" face gave nothing away , she had worked to achieve a great outcome for us. We have and will continue to recommend Julie very highly. Glen & Lynette Bewley

We've know Tracy for awhile since we first moved to the area. She'd always been so helpful and informative with any questions that we had, and she made a point of keeping us in mind when properties became available. It was wonderful, for us, eventually, to find just the right property -- and Tracy was the listing agent. She approached the negotiation with professionalism and understanding of both parties and was able to, with much finesse, bring together a deal -- going way beyond any efforts that we had experienced before. Her ability to hear concerns and voice ongoing questions, from both parties, was exceptional. Tracy's strength in persevering to make sure that all parties could find a common ground is something that was appreciated immensely. She made sure that every detail was attended to, and her vast knowledge, particularly of the area of Marcus Beach, made it all the more enjoyable and appealing. Ultimately, we would not hesitate to recommend Tracy to anyone. She acts with clarity, integrity and kindness, which makes her a precious commodity in a field that is not always so, always trying to make sure that both sides are happy.
