When I Stepped into the Tom Offermann Office on my search for a Property I was immediately impressed with Tracy Russell and her friendly Manner.I liked her assurance that she would "Find me a Wonderful Property". She quickly organized viewings of Proprieties that Day. When I was back in Melbourne Tracy continued to send me Links to Properties she believed would interest Me. Tracy organised a complete Itinery for when I returned. She collected me from my Peregian Apartment and drove Me around to inspect the Properties of interest. The next Day more Properties and then Twice to view the Property I was interested in. She drove me around to show me the area, comparative Homes Businesses and Local Stores plus the Beach. I Purchased the Property Next Day. I would Recommend Tracy Russell as an Excellent Real Estate Agent. Thank You Tracy for finding me a Wonderful Property and for understanding my needs and Taste in Property. Well Done.. Lynette Wetzlar

My wife and I were not formally in the market to buy a house in Noosa but saw an advertisement in realestate.com and contacted Tom on a Sunday morning to see if we could get a tour before flying out. Tom quickly read us as the natural buyers of the house and commented so. Before we knew it we had negotiated, through Tom, a price and settlement terms with the vendor leaving both parties feeling we had agreed a win/win outcome.

We engaged Tracy to sell our relatives home at Marcus Beach on Queensland's Sunshine Coast. We were delighted by her constant communication with us, her integrity and her ability to sell the property. I cannot imagine anyone on the Coast measuring up to her high standard and expertise when it comes to selling homes. Phoebe Zardo

Tracy went above & beyond with the sale of our property and help us through a couple of 'speed bumps' along the way. We felt well supported knowing that she was giving our home her full attention, always enthusiastic with open house/private inspections and spoke with us regularly on feedback and progress. Her local market knowledge is superb. We wish she was down here in Brisbane because we would buy & sell with her again! Would absolutely recommend Tracy to any wishing to purchase or sell a property.

We are pleased to recommend Tracy Russell as an agent to anyone selling property. Tracy is reliable and efficient with an excellent record of sales in the Noosa to Peregian Beach area. She was able to use her knowledge of the market to good effect. It has been a pleasure to get to know Tracy during the time our house was on the market. And Tracy made the sale!

We have really enjoyed working with Tracy. She has great market knowledge and whilst managing our expectations, achieved a fantastic result for us. We have found that Tracy really throws herself into a property adding personal touches that go above and beyond duty. She has an amazing eye for interior design and property presentation in general. We would not hesitate in recommending Tracy to anyone selling their property in the Peregian Beach area.

Tracey sold us our home in Peregian Beach in December 2016. We were from interstate and she went to a great deal of effort to show us around and share local knowledge. Tracey is always smiling, is warm and seems to be genuinely interested in understanding her clients lifestyle and needs when it comes to buying a home. Tracey communicated with us regularly and went past the call of duty to get the property over the line in a hectic December period. We wish her all the best in her real estate career and I would recommend her highly. Happy Sea-Changers Cam & Megan.
