Tracy is the dream agent - she’s a staunch supporter of the value of your property and is amazing at finding the right buyer who sees that value, which means price of course. This is the second time I’ve sold with Tracy and would still not consider anyone else when listing. I’m sure her belief in the value of my property stopped me from taking a major haircut at a time when my energy was flagging. The few hundred dollars extra in commission was well offset by tens of thousands in price gained. All this is only possible because of the type of person Tracy is. She is delightful, not pushy, but still focussed, is honest always, and holds high standards about presentation both for herself and your property. Tracy has also even rolled up her sleeves and helped me clean, and do styling - not something you often see. And it works because she wants to see both buyer and seller satisfied. I can’t recommend her highly enough and think you’re mad yo go with anyone else!

Trying to purchase a property from 2000 km away is not an easy feat...it requires us to visit a few times with every time trying to understand not only the listings and the locations but also the the Queensland requirements and processes. Tiffany provided us with the support, and the dedication to find a property that suited our needs. This could only be achieved by having a great communicator and her constant to follow up.
