We had a great experience with Julie from the first meeting through to the sale of our home. The quality of the marketing material, Julie's professionalism and communication in keeping us up to date and her management of 'open house' and the successful auction were very much appreciated.

Bec worked hard throughout the campaign to help us achieve the price we were asking for our house - her communication was very good keeping us updated regularly as we moved through the selling process. Very happy to recommend Bec for the Noosa market if you are considering selling or buying.

Both Greg & I were very happy with you as our Agent from Tom Offerman Real Estate Noosa. You were extremely helpful in every way possible, organizing everything was up to scratch for the open house days, & making sure garden etc was picture perfect. Thank you also for the help you gave in getting all the handy men to be there asap to fix numerous little repairs. All in all we felt you gave 100% of your time, especially as we were not always available to be in Noosa. Thank you Tracy & we wish you well in your career.

Over a period of a few months, Cameron got to know us and exactly what type of house we were searching for, after showing us many houses, we got a phone call one morning to say he’d found us “the one”. We walked into the house and immediately fell in love, and decided on the spot to purchase the property. Well done and thank you Cameron.... you really are “Mr Noosa”

Cameron made the experience of buying a property on the Sunshine Coast a breeze. He was always available or promptly returned calls and his market knowledge and negotiating skills are exceptional. I have already referred a friend to Cameron and wouldn't hesitate to recommend his services to my closest friends.

Luke was professional and responsive and worked hard over the weekend to fit into our family schedule which helped us make the decision to buy. The agent for another property we looked at didn't return calls until the following week which meant we remained focussed on Luke's property which led to the sale on a Sunday before flying back to Melbourne. Thank you for being available.
