We recently purchased our home through Tiffany, and found her service exceptional. We purchased via Tiffany acting as the vendor's agent, and her service was so great we felt like her customer. Of course she was representing the vendor, and we were on the opposite side of the price negotiation, however beyond striking the deal Tiffany remained in contact every step of the way, and even arranged with the vendor for us to have an open home for our new investment property prior to settlement. I've rated Tiffany 5 stars, a well deserved score.

When asked what the property is worth Nic said, ‘can you give me a moment?’ He came back with a researched response listing the recent properties that had sold in Little Cove ( about 10) as a basis for his answer. Nic also has the contact for every job that needed to be done in preparing the house for sale. This was invaluable and meant we could meet the auction timeframes. His reports from the house open days were comprehensive, honest and useful. Importantly, Nic did follow up the key prospects and ‘do his stuff’ with the result- both parties ( seller and buyer) happy. No easy task! Thank you again Nic.
