Nic also has the contact for every job that needed to be done in preparing the house for sale. This was invaluable and meant we could meet the auction timeframes. His reports from the house open days were comprehensive, honest and useful. Importantly, Nic did follow up the key prospects and ‘do his stuff’ with the result- both parties ( seller and buyer) happy. No easy task! Thank you again Nic.
