First home
Buying your first home is a mix of excitement, trepidation, learning and trust. For my wife and I, the experience of finding our first home had a mix of all these emotions. What made it a good experience were the agents and interactions, helping us make the biggest financial decision of our lives and much more confident in our decision. For us as first timers, Tracey Russel was outstanding in all our dealings. Providing accurate information about the property, the area and all the basics of first home buying, with patience and welcoming personality. Looking back, it’s what made our experience not just successful, but enjoyable. It’s hard to measure trust, it’s a gut feeling. A perfect professional service
In this day and age where real estate agents receive more than their fair share of bad comments, it was a nice change to have been involved with a man like Nick Hunter. Right from the start we felt that Nick was working hard with both parties to achieve a perfect result for everyone. Honest at all times and a true professional he aided us through some difficulties which came along unexpectedly and worked with both sides to resolve these issues. Ours was not a easy settlement and we have no doubt that without his help we would not have been able to complete. We would therefore have no problems at all in recommending Nick to anyone interested in purchasing or selling in the Noosa area.
