Nick is hard working , professional and honest and upfront. Nick works hard to ensure all parties involved have a satisfactory outcome. I would not hesitate in recommending Nick to any of my friends and colleagues. Nick was an absolute pleasure to deal with.

Jesse was able to sell a property I wasn't even thinking of selling, for a price above market exceptions. He was professional, knowledgeable, likeable, approachable, passionate & honourable. And it paid off. Thanks Jesse!

Nic is an outstanding agent whose knowledge, experience and professionalism is unsurpassed in the Noosa market. We first met Nic when he sold us our house. He was always helpful after the sale with advice about tradespeople and kept in touch over the years. He was our first port of call when we decided to sell the property. The sale ended up being a bit drawn out in a tightening market but he navigated the requirements of both seller and buyers well and we always felt well advised and represented. I have no hesitation recommending Nic to anyone wishing to deal in the Noosa real estate market.

Jesse was friendly, approachable and always willing to be available when we requested further inspections of the home we purchased. He had a thorough knowledge of the house and local area surrounding it. We highly recommend him.

After much toing and froing we finally got our desired price. It helped that we were in no great hurry to sell so we stuck firm to the price indicated at the start of the campaign. This proved to be a good result for us eventually. Even when no active marketing was done except real estate.com.au Tracy continued to bring potential buyers through as she also believed that our location would eventually override pric. A very determined competent agent who is a credit to her firm and the profession

We recently purchased a property from Nic and couldn’t recommend him more highly. As purchasers from interstate we had a few extra requests and nothing was too much trouble. From the moment we met him at the first open he was sincere and transparent as well as very knowledgeable about the features of the home. We will definitely be calling Nic when it comes time to sell our place in the future.

We recently purchased and sold properties on Noosa Sound. We had two great experiences with Nic Hunter purchasing our beautiful home within 10 hours of just one inspection. WE also had great results in selling our Villa through Nic in just 33 days of marketing. We were impressed as nothing was too much trouble for this likeable salesperson. Thanks to Nic we are now the proud owners of a waterside, 5 bedroom home on Noosa Sound. Cheers John & Jayne Verrall
