I thought these beliefs highly optimistic and was proved mistaken when they were fully delivered stress free and speedily. Tiffany did it all. My sole participation was to agree and sign things. Too easy was my constant mantra. At every stage Tiffany kept me fully informed of what was happening and , importantly, what was due to happen and when. No surprises excepting the great result. I was not in a hurry to sell my apartment so was firm on my price. Jesse understood this and didn't waste my time with "silly" offers and got what I wanted. And was our advocate in the buying process - which was especially important give we had the additional challenge of doing this from Canada.
