We were under the pump to complete a kitchen/bathroom renovation after the tenants moved out and get the property to market ASAP. We also required to jazz up the outside a bit to make it more presentable and appealing to the market. Tom is the best agent that i have dealt with and he even has the perfect surname for a real estate agent. The only problem i had with Tom was getting in and out of his fantastic cars. Noosa is great and so is he, I would highly recommend him
