Appropriate persistence reason I chose Jesse in the first place. Kept in contact for 12 months prior to signing up. His enthusiasm,doggedness and integrity through the process of the sale was much needed being remotely located from my property. Negotiated a price that I was happy with. His effervescent nature to me was infectious during what is sometimes a challenging time. The overall outcome was fetching a price that is a record high for the complex.
