Apart from being a delight personally, Tracy is the living, breathing definition of going above and beyond expectations. I don’t think she ever stopped thinking about how to find the right buyer to get the best price for my home. There is so much I could tell you - including the big things like how she made me believe in my home's value, as well as the myriad details, such as instinctively knowing where to place furniture and objects for best effect, turning up in runners and working gear to help tidy and clean, or sending texts at 8 o’clock at night about the right colour for cushions.
