We had the best experience with Will and Brad - They are extremely professional, genuine, and provided us with excellent advice, support and communication throughout the entire process from start to finish. The end result on the sale of our property is beyond anything we could have imagined. If you need a real estate agent - you have to go through Torres Property!

From the beginning, Susanna had demonstrated a really deep knowledge of the property market. She listened to all my requirements and provided me with excellent advice and developed a proper marketing plan. She is a hardworking person who can go the extra mile to achieve results. She conducted numerous open homes to attract every potential buyer. After the unit was placed on market, she held an open home on Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday and was able to sell the unit within a week. She has really good negotiation skills by selling the property at a price above my expectations. Highly recommend.

Troy was always available to take calls and to help when I needed it. He made me feel very knowledgeable about the market, and he made me feel relaxed and confident that I was going to get the best price possible for my townhouse, and we did. Troy is a friendly and genuine agent who is very easy to talk to and is genuinely interested in getting to know his clients. He worked tirelessly to get a contract for the right price, as well as negotiate with several parties. He is great at building relationships, so much so that we hired him before one property had settled to sell another. I have every confidence in Troy and would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell. Thanks Troy

Amir and the Torres Property team did an outstanding job of selling our property. From the initial consultations through to the marketing, open homes and closing the deal, the whole experience was professional, organised and seamless. This is the second property we’ve sold through Torres Property and each time the experience has been the same high quality. This time around, they even managed to break the suburb record for the highest sale price!
