Damian is a true professional. He has a wealth of knowledge of the current market. He gave me multiple options/plans for the sale of my rental property. Once we had a plan Damian was always in touch. With my busy schedule and an overseas trip, he always kept me updated with the status of the sale. It was a wonderful result for the property in the area. I would not hesitate to recommend or work with again. Thank you Damian.

We had a pleasure to meet Ricky and the Torres Property team during our hunt for a new property. We saw them representing sellers on numerous occasions and were quite impressed. Later on, when the time came to sell our house, we had no hesitation in asking Ricky and Will for their professional help. Even though the area we were selling in was out of their usual sales location, Ricky and Will had no problem in getting us the desired price in a timely manner. The whole process from putting our house on the market to settlement has been seamless and it took approximately 3 weeks, even though we weren’t in a rush. Ricky made sure our dates aligned with what our buyers had in mind, so it was very helpful. Ricky is extremely good at communicating with both parties, following up, building relationships. He was very prompt to respond and follow up, given us useful advice exactly where/when needed. Thank you Ricky for getting us through, what was meant to be a stressful process, so seamlessly. It is much appreciated!

The service provided by Damian and Amir, and the Torres Property team was exceptional. From our initial communication prior to listing the property, to the support received after the successful auction, they consistently exceeded my expectations. Throughout the entire process, their communication was clear, respectful, and professional, demonstrating a deep understanding of our local market. Damian’s experience with the auction process was evident and provided reassurance and confidence as the auction date approached, ultimately leading to a successful outcome. I have no hesitation in recommending Damian and Amir – their commitment to their clients and expertise in real estate is truly commendable.
