Will and his team were appointed another agent had unsuccessfully tried to sell our property. They are professionals who are genuinely committed to securing the highest possibly price and putting in the hard work to achieve the best outcome. Torres secured multiple signed contracts within the target price band. We are very happy with the price achieved. They were also very easy to deal with and didn’t play the usual real estate agent games to beat the price down. I fully recommend and endorse Will Torres and his team.

Rhiannon recently sold a property for us and I couldn’t fault her from the start to finish. When we first met, I didn’t feel any pressure to engage her and I felt she was giving me an honest appraisal. During the lead up to the sale, Rhiannon maintained excellent communication and offered good advice regarding staging and fixing up a couple things. She worked hard to reach out to her network about potential off market opportunities before the listing went live. She coordinated the staging quotes and helped with meeting a tradesman to carry out repairs. It was a very low stress process for me. She conducted multiple open homes, gave me timely feedback and we had a higher than average number of prospective buyers through and multiple offers. I am confident Rhiannon achieved the highest price for our property and I would engage her again in future. Thank you Rhiannon for all your hard work and getting us our result!

We had no hesitation in asking Will for help in selling our property and we are pleased with the outcome. Will knows the property market extremely well and he had several selling strategies for us to choose from. He is not pushy, but gets to the bottom of things. The whole experience was seamless and straightforward, without hidden catches and costs. Will delivered what was promised. There are too many things Will & the team do to make the experience outstanding, but one of those things was the way they handled the open homes: 4 agents present at every open home, which was amazing, cause if potential buyers had any questions, there was always someone available. He is the agent we will definitely go to, for selling our next property. Do yourself a favour, let Will and his team sell your property.
