Rhiannon was professional with a friendly and pleasant manner throughout our buying experience with her. She had good knowledge of the property and was helpful and willing to organise extra viewings of the property at various times. We found the whole buying experience a positive one with Rhiannon and her team at Torres Property.

After two unsuccessful auctions, two previous agents and five months wasted, Will was able to have our home sold with a cash unconditional sale within 21 days. Will’s enthusiastic attitude, positive nature and strong work ethic set his standard above the flashy marketing of other agents who couldn’t get the job done even with an amazing home to sell. We were kept informed throughout the process and never once had to chase Will for an update as him and his team are superior in their client care. Will was able to turn our months of stress into a celebratory event as it should have been. We highly recommend Will and the Torres team, they are true professionals!

Unusually in the recent climate, Will’s team followed up on everything. We were given the opportunity to respond to offers, taking me back to how things used to be in real estate. Excellent team.

Will and team were very professional from the beginning, each opening house they managed to get a large number groups though the house. Will never mention that I drop my price to gain a quick sale. Will made sure that I received my price. I would recommend Torres Property to family and friends.

At all the open houses for the sale of our home, Susanna was on time, polite, good natured and very professional when dealing with potential buyers. We could not be happier with the way Susanna conducted the open houses and we knew what was happening in each and every step of the process. Susanna was most helpful prior to the sale with hints as to how the house should look, and what to attend to. We were also surprised at how well organised everything was once we proceeded with the sale. Happy, happy, happy! Don't hesitate, call Susanna and her team today!!!

Will and his team were quite responsive when we showed interest in this property. At no time did we feel pressured into placing an offer in writing. Our questions were answered quickly and the whole process was transparent, open and honest. Will and Susanna were the first two agents we spoke to and we felt they were not pushy and were happy with whatever decision we made. In the end, the house was exactly what we wanted and we were glad this house was listed with Torres Property. It was then easy choice to engage them when selling our home. Highly recommended!!!

Will and his team were extemely supportive, responsive and professional. We couldn't be happier and want people who are reading this to be assured that selling with Torres Property is a must if you want a terrific experience and an effective buy or sell. We wanted to praise Will and Sussana in particular for their prompt and detailed attention to the open houses and support and follow up with potential buyers and additional support required during the process. Each question we had was treated with the utmost importance and was attended to swiftly. All the team could not be more helpful. We highly recommend engaging Torres Property if you wish to buy or sell.

My wife and I chose Luis to represent us for the sale of our property in Mt Gravatt East. When meeting Luis we were impressed with his enthusiasm and knowledge of the real estate market. His marketing plan was well presented and precise.During the whole process from contract negotiations to final settlement , Luis was always on hand for updates, advice, and to resolve any queries or concerns we may have had. His negotiation skills became apparent when he managed to contract a buyer before auction. The price negotiated was well above our expectations. Luis is a man of integrity with outstanding skills in communication and negotiation. We have no hesitation in recommending Luis to any prospective buyer or seller of real estate.

Will and his team - Susanna and Vanessa are a pleasure to deal with. From a buyers perspective, they kept me informed and helped me secure the property with the Vendors. Having been in the market for a while looking for a property it was a pleasant change to deal with a Real Estate Agency that are upfront and honest from the get go to ensure that all parties involved are dealt with in a professional manner. Thank you Will and Team
