I’ve known Will for 10 years and he has been the same at all times even though he is now one of the biggest guy in property sales. He is enthusiastic, eager to sell and get more at all times and working so hard even at night until he has the right result. Sold several properties last several years through him and always he is giving me the best result with his grit. He is the man who can sell any property with top dollar in the given market condition.

Will and his team worked tirelessly on selling our property given the challenging market environment. Torres Properties team kept me in the loop at all time. No time was inconvenient for them to show potential buyers our property. Also special thank you to Susanna, she did a fantastic job showing buyers our property after working hours.

Susanna and Will were terrific. I’m from out of town so needed an agent who could do the things I couldn’t. After meeting them, I felt a sense of trust so let them arrange the things that needed doing. We had good communication and a good result. Well done! And a big THANKS.

I was impressed with Will several months ago when we discussed the future sale of our property. We were downsizing and had to wait until our new property was substantially built before placing our house on the market. When that time came Will's advice was sound and the whole process went smoothly. Will, and his staff were prompt in arranging inspections and reporting progress. Will's negotiating skills were great in obtaining a very acceptable sale for us. I would certainly recommend him to anyone looking to sell their property.

Can't praise Will and his team highly enough. From the first meeting he made us feel comfortable and confident he would look after our interest, and maximise our sale price. He always kept us updated on how things were progressing, and provided continual feedback from prospective buyers. He and his team more than exceeded our expectations.

Ultimately, placing your largest investment in the hands of someone to sell is all about trust. Trust that the Realtor will deliver a buyer, in a reasonable period of time, and most importantly at a price worthy of the investment. We did our due diligence ahead of appointing a sales agent. We went to several open houses run by different agencies to best understand their professionalism. We found that each member of Will's team were well briefed, communicated clearly, and had the right balance of conversational style that was meant to draw out buyers information/position without being overbearing. In the end, appointing Will and the Torres Property team was an easy decision to make. Our property was well marketed, and appeared as good online as it did from the kerb. It was very apparent Torres Property knew how to capture interest, and from the moment the property went on the market, we had a steady stream of potential buyers through to view. After each open home we received a phone call and an update, usually within 30 minutes. There was never any inflated or exaggerated information, it was always an honest appraisal of the opportunity from those that walked through, and this is where trust is built. Determinately the sale outcome was in the price range, for the market, and delivered in good time. I Trust Will Torres and the team. We received good advice and direction ahead of going to market. He and the team did everything they said they would do along the sales process, and brought us a result we could be happy with. I would not hesitate to recommend Will, and at the very least, you should give him a call and do your own due diligence.
