It’s always difficult not knowing the outcome when selling a house, however that wasn’t the case with Luis. He quickly took the stress out of selling and gave us the confidence that he was working for you in getting the best outcome! I have nothing but high praises for Luis’s professionalism and would recommend anyone who wishes to sell their home. Forever grateful, Thank you Luis

Will and his dedicated & professional team have worked hard and achieved a great outcome for us. With professionalism and expertise they have supported us from day one. Will and Luis kept us always up to date with all developments. What we particularly liked about Will and Luis first contact was that they didn't try to win us over by slashing other agents, they just let their business model and success speak for themselves and we have not been disappointed. Overall a pleasant experience - highly recommended.

My husband and I have the best experience working with Luis Suarez of TORRES PROPERTY – COORPAROO for selling our property. Luis has high level of communication and negotiation skill and excellent knowledge of the local market. Luis led us to the right marketing campaign, earnestly followed up buyers, achieved the good price, and quickly responded all questions and needs throughout the whole process until settlement. We highly recommend Luis to vendors/buyers without hesitation.

Jacky has been an absolute pleasure to deal with, from our very first inspection of the property right up to and throughout the auction process. We couldn’t be happy with the result.

Jacky Leung did an excellent job when selling my house. He reported back all what was happening. He was a friendly person who was available to deal with matters related to the selling of the house.

Against a backdrop of uncertainty caused by a rising cash rate, rising costs of living, a federal election, and global unrest, I needed an agent who could give me solid advice and options on the marketing strategy, timing and sale process. Jacky is experienced and knowledgeable and kept me informed every step of the way. His accessible and down-to-earth work ethic and timely communication sets him apart from other agents. Jacky took a lot of the stress out of some unusual complications specific to the sale. I particularly appreciate Jacky's genuine nature, his sense of fairness, and dedication to his work. Even in an unpredictable property market like the one we have at the moment, I can confidently put my trust in Jacky's informed professional opinion - strong, balanced advice and no overpromising. Highly recommend.
