As I am a first home owner and new to all of this, Martine made me feel so comfortable straight away. All of my questions were answered and I felt thoroughly looked after by Martine. Her knowledge of the home was exceptional. She helped me get my dream home and I am so very grateful to her for that.

This lovely gentleman took a on a tragic family situation and was able to sell our family house in record time for my 2 austic brothers to now start a new life. Our family is so very grateful for Luis for all he has done. Luis went over & beyond in so many ways and kept me updated daily. Our family was very blessed to work with such a gentleman and a more importantly a gentleman of his word.

Where do I start. Martine is fantastic. I had no idea about buying a house and Martine was able to facilitate the transaction and negotiation between myself and the owners very easily. She worked tirelessly for us and for the sellers, shes motivated and driven to both sell houses and provide customer service to those looking to purchase a home. I would definitely recommend Martine for her professionalism and knowledge. She provided us with additional opens for inspections and most importantly the success of securing the final price were all above and beyond our expectations of an agent. She is very transparent and above all else genuine which allows me to recommend her easily to all those who are lucky enough to utilize her services as a property agent.

Martine was an excellent communicator who was instrumental in our purchase. She is friendly, responsive and commercially minded. Would recommend her and the Torres team for their professionalism and understanding of the market.

Will is an amazing agent who I would recommend to friends and family. He has been incredibly patient and professional through the years as we decided if it was right for us to sell. When the time was right, I’m glad we went with Will over other agents. He knows the Carina, Camp Hill and Carindale areas so well and guided us on the timing and approach to get a great sale. He knew our price point and worked hard to get it. If we sell again we will use Will again.

We also want to thank Will for keeping us updated since we planned & decided to sell our house. Hats off to the Torres Property team. Thanks Li & the team.

Overall a great agent with open communication and good work ethics.

Li Tao behaved very unprofessional and dishonest during the process of negotiations and settlement of the house. He made our whole buying process miserable and regret to deal with him. He created strong emotion by saying seller was very angry and did not want to sell to us a few times, which really upset me. On settlement date, specifications in the contract were not met and he did not check the house for settlement at all. Light is not fixed as per contract condition and doesn’t know how oven and dishwasher should be turned on. Turned out to be not working anyway...Delayed to hand in my keys until 9pm and no apologise and no settlement gift was prepared. Rubbish were left in the house, which causes long time disputes because of him saying i would like to keep all the discarded items. By no way i would keep rubbish, i was asked by Li Tao if seller can do cleaning after settlement because they need more time. I kindly accepted to leave their stuff in garage and move them later if they really couldn’t move out everything on settlement day. Turned out i have to get my solicitor to get seller to remove rubbish a few times. They still won’t remove their pot plants which was premised by Li Tao before we bought the house. He also miscommunicated and overpromised for a few things like bond cleaning but afterwards seller will not do anything which was promised by Li Tao previously. This experience has been my nightmares and i will not recommend to deal with him.

I called Soham to inspect a property about 10 days ago and it was all very last minute. That same night my daughter and I signed a contract. 10 days later it went unconditional. Soham was an absolute pleasure to deal with, always quick to return my calls and acted very professional. I totally recommend Soham and Amir from Torres Property. What a great experience!

Will and Li are so professional. We had been in our home for more than 21 years. So having their professional approach gave us confidence that we had chosen the right agent. They kept us informed throughout the whole time and nothing was too much true. I would recommend Will and Li, you couldn't do better than them.
