We decided to sell our investment property and during the process of interviewing several agents we talk to Luis Suarez from Torres Properties and right from the first moment he made a great impression, he was very knowledgeble of anything related with the process of selling a property, he ask us a lot of questions to understand our position, he was very well prepare for our first meeting where he describe so many factors relating to our sale, suburb statistics, past sales in the area, potential risk, advantage of our property and location, etc... His charm, energy and passion for property is very contagious and convincing; what I am trying to say is that his knowledge in Real Estate was outstanding, without a doubt he stand it out from the rest of agents we interviewed. During the process of listing the property Luis was very helpful, informative, patient and very egger to set us up for success, he even help us to source a finance company (0% Interest) to pay for our marketing campaign & Stylist. Once the property was listed CORONA Virus hit the market and with that the Openings for Inspections, but Luis was a head of the game creating additional marketing, calling and meeting potential buyers, he was pulling tricks and strategies out of this magic Real Estate Agent Jacket, so he continue with his mission of selling the property following all professional conducts considering the circumstances. During one of his many Private Inspections he find the right buyer for us and we were very happy to entering into contracts and final details. During the settlement days Luis was very professional in closing the deal ensuring we didn't had to reduce the selling agreed price despite a couple of request from the buyer.
