As a buyer, I was initially very wary. Li won me over with his kind and friendly demeanour, his knowledge of the purchasing process and his attentiveness. Nothing was a bother for Li, he took the time to answer any questions we had. Li helped to make the buying process a pleasure. Highly recommended.

Luis is very professional and prompt in answering any phone calls you make to him. He sold my house quickly for me which is exactly what I wanted. He guided me as to how to present my house by getting a stylist, which I did as I have no knowledge about selling a house and what people are looking for in a house. I really believe that had Luis not made the suggestions to me, I would still be in my house and not in my new place. He also got me me a good price as he knows what he is doing. Putting my house in Luis's hands was one of my good ideas. I know he won't let you down if you do the same.

Will have a big portfolio of properties to select from. Will listens, cares, explains with due diligence and engages at a personal level prior to selection to get the right property. And he is prompt, resolute, meticulous and with his decisive actions during the contract period drives issues/negotiation points by consensus to get winnings for the parties involved. Will is fully switched on, detailed and a smart operator. He is genuine, open and honest in communication. Will don't use mechanism of competitive offers to rush you in the decision and he don't play buyers against each other like some other agents do in a very subtle way. Will helped us out at each step with his effective oversight. We wish Will and his team all the best for their future endeavours.
