Booked a house inspection, drove 13 hours to see our house and no one was there. No called or emailed to cancel this meeting. When we rang the main office, they couldn’t get hold of anyone from west end branch. The house was filthy, when it should have been cleaned PRIOR to house viewings. House looks rundown screen windows broken, sine blinds torn, visible door marks from previous owners but was NOT communicated to us at all.

Our Property manager Kandace is awesome. Recently we had tenants request to move out of our place well ahead of the lease agreement. They where struggling with keeping up with the rent due to individual circumstances, somewhat out of their control and with the assistance of Kandace, they where able to pay their rent and we where able to assist them out and obtain new tenants very quickly. The process which could of been an absolute headache was very smooth, because of the way she managed the situation. Correspondence was quick and concise, she went over and above expectations contacting me on her days off to ensure we felt supported and got the result we where looking for, which we did. I would recommend Kandace to anybody looking for a great property agent.

Within 10 days of our daughter moving out of the apartment, they had organised a cleaner, held a an open day and we had a new tenant approved and moved in. All in the fortnight before Christmas. Natalie kept in touch during the process and was quite knowledgable about what we needed. Would use Image again.

The old tenants left before their lease expired and the unit was left in a mess. Emmy from Image Property Aspley arranged for the unit to be cleaned and bought back up to spec where new tenants have already been signed up to start a new lease before Christmas. While I do have to make a claim on my insurance, Emmy has been instrumental in providing me with condition reports, receipts and details to assist in making this claim. Very happy with her professionalism.
