Ian Jung provided excellent service from our initial meeting to securing a tenant for our property. He did a great job organising trades for repairs and compliance and marketing the house to be tenanted. Based on my experience with Ian, I would recommend Image Property.

I have always found Image Property to be excellent when finding the right tenant for my property in Brisbane. I have used Image Property to locate quality tenants since 2017. Communication regarding applicants has always been excellent, as well as understanding the nuances of my desires to keep the property in the best possible condition. The property manager typically builds a superb understanding of what the property owner requires, and they can then make decisions that naturally reflect the owner's thinking, which is an excellent situation when, as an owner, you are busy with other matters.

We have been with the team at Image Property for over 10 years and are so happy with their management of our property. Living interstate it is hard to keep a pulse on what is happening, but I find the team very thorough and great communicators, can't recommend them enough.

A glass wall panel at my unit in Brisbane's "Valley House" recently cracked & I asked William to find out whether I am liable for costs or the OC of the building before going ahead with repairs. To date we're still going back and forth, and just now I emailed asking for clarity about liability.
