The Image Property team is very customer focused and are always on top of the main actions and activities required for the several investment properties I have with them. They also respond consistently to my requirements even when people are on vacation or when they have a new team member replace someone who used to support me directly. I am very happy with their support, attention to details, for proactively looking at my property issues and reports and also for providing a good and responsive service to my tenants.

I would like to express our thanks to Kahlia for taking over as property manager. It has been a daunting few years but hopefully we are now back on track with new tenants being put into place. As landlords we have only ever wanted tenants to look after our property. We have been very accommodating. The government needs to realize that investors also have a mortgage and if it wasn’t for landlords more people would be homeless.
