Kahlia kept us updated on the leasing process for our property, as this is very important to us having great communication between us and the property manager. The only thing that i would like to suggest for next time is that, if we can view at least 3 x potential candidates, instead of just having the one to choose from.

Lana's knowledge of the market and my properties meant the renewal process in both cases was rapid and seamless.
