We were looking for a property after selling in Toowoomba, stumbled across one in Highfields that Matt was marketing. I have always had a somewhat indifferent attitude to Real Estate Agents, possibly due the air headed ones who think they are gods gift to marketing, the industry and the wider community. Thankfully Matt was the exact opposite, he came across as very down to earth, relatable and interested to help progress the sale. Whilst we acknowledge he was working for the vendor he didn't exude a "this is the property, take it or leave it" attitude. He always came across as trying to get a win win result for the seller and buyer. He was polite, accessible, always got back to us and chased up issues. You can tell if an Agent is genuine by the support and responses you get after the deal is done. Even a week after settlement he was willing and able to quickly answer our question. He has restored my faith in the general ethics of Agents and I commend him very enthusiastically. Good work Matt.
