When looking for a real estate agent to sell our house in Forest Lake, we looked at the different agent options carefully. We had first become aware of Natalie because a family friend's daughter had a very positive experience with Natalie's mother (Tracey Child who has since retired), when both selling their old house and buying a new one. We noticed that Natalie was successfully selling a disproportionately high number of houses during COVID for excellent market prices. We appreciated Natalie's approach which was based on facts and data for the area, and Natalie appeared genuinely motivated to sell our house for the best price it could yield, which is also what we wanted (and within a swift time frame). We were really pleased that Natalie was able to sell our house for a price we were happy with within three days of it being placed on the market. We noticed that Natalie had similar results for the other houses she put on the market at around the same time. Throughout the process Natalie went out of her way to be helpful, was very personable and communicative, swiftly responsive to any contact we made, and committed to navigating the various steps of the house-selling process (one of life's greatest stressors). She never seemed pushy or insincere, but offered her well-reasoned perspectives based on facts and her experience. We are extremely grateful we chose Natalie as the real estate agent to sell our house and feel that we could not have hoped for a better experience. We highly recommend Natalie as a real estate agent especially during the current period, where we have learnt there are currently many prospective buyers and limited housing stock.
