Number 1 Agent in Heathwood Natalie Child
When looking to sell my property in heathwood I looked on real estate .com to see who was selling the most properties in heathwood. It was quite clearly Natalie Child from All Properties group. I soon discovered why that was the case. Natalie has been nothing short of amazing. Natalie was always quick to reply to my correspondence. Natalie was relentless in her endeavor to sell my house and kept coming back to me with options on which way we could possibly go in a difficult environment. I would recommend Natalie Child to anyone looking for a hard working, prompt, responsive and professional real estate sales agent. You can't put your property in better hands in Heathwood. Can't recommend highly enough. 10/10

Great result in a tough market
We were incredibly happy with the result Natalie got in selling our house in a really tough market with minimal time on the market. Her communication was easily the best I’ve had from any real estate agent with great feedback from all open homes and keeping us informed every step of the process. She has a great demeanor and was so easy to work with. Nothing was to difficult. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her and she would definitely be out first pick if we were to need an agent in that area again.
